Mary was great and helpful. The vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on a Saturday and I waited all day and it never was. The vehicle showed up early, but the carrier put a wrecked vehicle that leaked oil all over mine! I was able to wash it all off after three attempts, but if I shipped my nice car and not an old truck I would be very upset.
