Our sincerest apologies that customer feels they did not receive the same 5 star service we are accustomed to providing. We will work harder than ever to improve the communication issues. We located and assigned a carrier on the very first day of the contract, and vehicle was picked up exactly when told, and delivered cross country in the estimated time given.
