I used AutoStar Transport Express based upon referral from a good friend who shipped his car from the east coast to Hawaii. I found AutoStar service to be professional, friendly and delivery on time as expected. Carlos was exceptional to work with due to challenges in my schedule (due to the COVID quarantine issues in Hawaii). All in all, my vehicle was delivered on time and in great condition. I did have to pay small incremental amount for the domestic shipping from Chicago to Long Beach as each carrier has their own rate. During the several months of planning the shipment and subsequent delay (due to COVID-related delays), Matson also increased their transport service fee despite the fact that I had pre-paid. Overall I would use AutoStar again and do recommend their services for transport to Hawaii..
