This is my 1st exited experience with the purchase vehicle on line and had the carrier R&S Auto Transport to transport my vehicle from door to door. The overall experience is excellent satisfaction.
Well, during the transport time frame, the carrier involved itself in the brake system failure which caused the one of the tire overheated and blew off 3 times. However, the driver managed himself and replaced all the bad tires and made a complete trip successful without causing any damages to the very heavy load from his carrier.
Because of the nature living on the road and even through behind the delivery schedule date. I still blessed him and appreciated for all of his hard works and effort to make up his goal to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction guarantee.
