I believe they are brokers and will find a willing transport party for a very good price. As with all brokers, they are not responsible for the actual transport of the vehicle but they do maintain a good line of communication between you and them and the transport company.
Overall, I was happy with their service and price. Unforunately in this business, no one can provide you with a absolute firm delivery date/time, unless you pay top dollar.
