I was greatly impressed with the knowledge and operational efficiency of AutoStar Transport & Logistics. Customer services representative Mary English was very quick in providing shipping options with carriers. As it turned out the pick-up and delivery of his Mustang was ahead of schedule and my brother received the car at least two days before he expected it. He loved that.

Getting a quote on line was almost instantaneous. Mary sent the quote and then followed up that same day. The price quoted of $625 was much less than anticipated. Also, the price was the low bid. Generally you think a low bid might give bad service. Not at all. There were quotes that ended up being almost twice the bid of AutoStar.

Mary English worked with me closely and was very cordial and informative. She gave me options on when to ship. An important point to consider is where the auto could be picked up. She gave me several options in an effort to save money. We ended up selecting a place less than four miles from my house. The entire time process in getting the auto to the truck trailer was about one half hour. Nothing can beat that time frame.

The Mustang arrived actually ahead of the planned delivery time with no damage, no nicks or scratches. It arrived exactly as it had left Michigan. And the delivery point was very close to my brothers apartment. It is without question that AutoStar Transport would be my broker for any further auto shipments. John Arvai Ann Arbor, Michigan
