Carly was the first responder to an email request for quote. I found her to be totally professional, giving me the federal website info so I could look up transporters and their references. Her company was not the lowest proposal, but was definately in the middle of their competitors. She returned my request for pickup, within two days (because I called over a holiday weekend) and had us set up for transport by the end of the day. We even mistakenly gave the wrong car (it was my mother-in-laws car-we guessed wrong) information to her when we set up the transport, and her driver assigned still picked up the car when he got to Oklahoma The driver also dropped off at our business location, that way we didn't have to arrange to have someone meet him at her home, which made it much easier for us. We would highly recommend Autostar!
