I contacted Auto Star several months before my planned move, based on reviews on this website. I was given reasonable cost estimates by Mark, and I told him I'd contact him when I was ready. Over the next several months, both Mark and Molly contacted me to let me know my quoted rate was still good. When I finally got around to booking the shipment, Molly had the paperwork ready and explained the entire process accurately. Only issue I had was a miscommunication with the carrier about my balance due upon delivery, but this was qickly resolved by Mike Cannon. My car arrived in great condition in Virginia 25 days after I dropped it off at the Matson terminal in Hawaii. Excellent timing and a great experience with this company. The staff go out of their way to please, and I would definitely use this company again.
