We do appreciate feedback that helps us to continue to provide the 5 star service our customers are accustomed to. Customer placed their order on 11/03, and not only did we locate a carrier within just a matter of minutes, the vehicle was picked up that very same day. Transportation times are always estimated, and never guaranteed. The vehicle was scheduled to be delivered 11/09. On 11/08, customer called for status update and was told the vehicle would be delivered next day as estimated, and that the carrier was currently 25 miles away. Customer of their OWN choosing decided to go pick up the vehicle themselves rather than have the carrier deliver door to door as scheduled. This customer also failed to mention that they were advised by their coordinator that they would be allowed no MORE than 100 pounds of personal items in the vehicle. Customer proceeded to place over 1000 pounds of personal items in the vehicle!! 10 times the allotted amount!!
Our coordinator Carlos, has been with our company for over 3 years, and is one of our most experienced, and knowledgeable coordinators. He is always honest, and up front with the customers with what to expect in the transportation process. It’s a shame this customer has chosen to disparage Carlos’s good name and reputation.
