Great Experience from start to finish

My sales contact at AutoStar ExpressTransport was Fred Jensenn and he raised the bar for today's usual customer service experience. Even though my pick up was delayed for 6 hours(truck repair enroute to pick up) I had ample information to contact the carrier/driver. The contractor was Central Auto Transport out of Kansas City and the owner(Bruce Trowbridge) and driver were also exceptional. The driver(Craig Russell) went so far as to text me with pictures of the vehicle at the delivery point since I was travelling after the vehicle pickup. From an economic standpoint I highly recommend using a transport service. If you have an extra vehicle to relocate call AutoStar Express and save over the cost of towing equipment, fuel, wear and tear and safety issues that can occur for inexperienced persons trying to tow a vehicle behind a moving truck.Overall it is an exceptional value and one less burden to deal with when moving.
