This was my first use of an auto transport company. Mark did a good job of explaininig everything. The total process went as described. My only concern was with the actual transport company they selected, and yes I think AutoStar Transport & Logistics should be rated on the quality of the actual carrier they selelct. They selected Good Fellows Auto Transport out of Ormond Beach Florida. The driver was very nice but the equipment was so old and poorly maintained that I would not have sent any of my regular cars on that equipment. However, I was sending an old family van to Florida for use on vacations so I was not going to worry about it. The trailor was all rusted, the drive up ramps were weak and bent. The diver had to use wood to support and jack up the ramps. He tried to use one of the vehicles already on the carrier to drive over the ramps to bend them back in place to no avail. The van arrived within 5 days
