I would like to thank Autostar Transport Services especially Carlos, who worked with me for a fair & honest price. My car was transported on less than a two day notice to the company which they accommodated, and was picked up & delivered on time as promised. I informed Carlos that I had transported a car from Northern to Southern California in May 2015, and was quoted one price by the broker, and when I met the driver at the yard to transport my car, his price was $150 more than quoted. I had paid the deposit to the broker, and now I was relocating and was in a bind, I needed my car transported. I called the next day to clear it up with the broker, and he stated the price was changed, and if I didn't pay the driver would drop my car wherever he was, and I was in transit to Southern California, so I was over a barrel. Carlos assured me that this would not happen, and I would not pay one penny more than my quote. I trusted him,and I am glad I did. I most definitely will use this company again. I have shipped cars three times, this being the fourth, and this by far was the easiest. I didn't have "pick-up" window, I had an exact time, and they worked with me because the place where my car was stored had set hours 8-5 Mon-Fri. Thanks Carlos.
