We are sorry to hear customer is not satisfied with the service provided. Carrier assigned to do the transportation has a 100% rating, we got the vehicle picked up within the time frame customer was expecting and vehicle was delivered the very next day. We as a broker did everything in our hands to provide 5 star service and keep parties advised. Feedback will be given to carrier contracted for future experiences. We wish the customer well.
