I was moving my car from NH to WA. To get start, I used some online "car moving" quote server to locate a broker but the returned price was extremely high. Well, at least it pointed me to this website and I do appreciate the great reviews people provided. Here I found AutoStar Transport, which has a decent review history and what impressed me most was their detailed and reasonable responses to all questions raised by customers. For me, this is a sign that a professional service company should have.

I contacted this company about one week before my tentative move. In the same day, I got a call from Santiago who gave me a well-formed introduction of their general policy and terms. We quickly found an agreement at the price (w/ everything included), and he did a surprisingly good job to get the driver dispatched the same day I signed the contact. I was also contacted by their customer service department several times to report the driver's information and ask for my satisfactory of this transaction. Everything went well after that. The car was picked up on time (although in the evening) and was delivered to the destination in one week. No damage, malfunction or unauthorized use of my vehicle was found after I did a thorough check at the time of reception. All communications went smoothly and the truck driver showed enough professionalism to handle the whole moving process.

I am glad that I made a right choice and will recommend Autostar Transport to my friends and other people.
