I originally scheduled the car to be picked up on a Monday but the paperwork didn't arrive to the dealer. AutoStar personnel called the dealer and when the found the car was not released postponed the pickup until Tuesday. On Tuesday when the dealer called and said the car was ready to pick up I called AutoStar and let them know. They picked up the car that afternoon and it arrived in Oklahoma on Friday just as they promised. It is one of the best experienced transporting a car I have had.
