I had two cars transported separately within two weeks across the country, from Boston, MA to Seattle, WA. Both cars were picked up and delivered on time and the total transport time was about 5 days for the first car and 7 days for the second. The only inconvenience was that the carrier, Motion Express, made me pay an extra $100 for having some small boxes in the back seat of the second car. If transporting the boxes was not allowed, why didn't they tell me when they picked up the car, rather than when delivered?
