We had used Autostar Transport Express previously and had a very positive experience. As then, they were in constant contact with us via phone and email during every step to make sure things went smoothly. The delivery driver pushed a little to have things on his schedule, but quickly changed when we insisted it wouldn't work. They wanted to deliver late a night, but ended up coming the next morning. I thought it a bit unacceptable to expect to drop off a car during the week at midnight. But Autostar was very responsive, gave us a good price, including a discount, and were great to work with.
