We were hesitant to hand over our Volvo to someone we found on the internet...especially for such a low price. Max was super-informative, eager to answer our questions without making us feel pressured. Each step of the way he kept us informed. We were amazed at the way the driver, Brandon, was able to load the car so easily. Speaking in depth with him about his business & experience set our minds at ease. He allowed us to take down his DL# as well as his DOT info. Since we were not going to be able to be there when he delivered the car he texted a picture of our house to show that the car was delivered. When he called over an hour before we expected him to we were worried that he was calling with bad news. Instead it was just the opposite. We plan to use you guys again when we ship back to FL next time. We can't be happier!!! Thanks to Max & Brandon!!
