In my experience, AutoStar was very ethical and honest in their business practice. I moved a very large and heavy classic car from an off-interstate location in Arizona, and had spent several months dealing with a broker that gave me excuses for why the vehicle was not being scheduled for pickup, rather than solutions.
AutoStar was excellent in their communication with me, admitted having difficulty finding a carrier willing to travel the distance to pick up the car, and worked with me to get a solution. A carrier was found in less than a week and the car was promptly delivered.
