Autostar was excellent at follow up in order to get the contract for my vehicle. However once my deposit was received, communication could have been better. I had to follow up with my contact to find out if a driver was found and there was no communication what so ever when the vehicle was picked up. That being said, there were no hidden costs, everything was handled for me, the driver was great and my vehicle arrived much earlier than anticipated. For that reason I would use Autostar again.
