The change in price was not because “the available drivers could no longer work for the quoted rate,” but rather because you called the same day you needed the vehicle transported. I explained that there were more than 40 vehicles looking to get moved on that route, as it was snow bird season. We discussed offering the drivers some incentive to pick up the vehicle ASAP and you did agree to this. The money went directly to the driver and our fee remained the same! Luckily, it worked and we got the vehicle dispatched that same day! If you should ever need a vehicle transported again, please call me in advance and we will get you the best deal possible!
