I was very nervous about shipping our 2 cars from Seattle to Nashville because I had read so many other reviews about people who had not gotten their cars picked up on time or waited a long time for delivery. We had to have the pickup on time because we had sold our house and were flying across the country. Our cars were picked up on time and to my surprise, delivered several days early in Nashville, so that I was able to return our rental car early and receive a refund on our rent of the car. None of the horror stories I read about occured and it was an entirely smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this company and if I ever had to make a move again, I wouldn't even check out other companies for bids. The peace of mind in knowing that your cars will be picked up on time and safely delivered to you is well worht any possible sdavings you might have by going with a company that might have a cheaper bid. Kirsten, who was my initial contact with the company was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure that I got the pickup on the exact day that I wanted.
