Hi Victor, I appreciate your review. It will be noted. The initial quote was for the total of $1325, which was essentially the full cost of having it transported coast-to-coast. You payed exactly what we agreed on, which was in writing on a contract that you signed. When we spoke about the quote, I told you it was an estimate, and was what I believed would get the vehicle transported for. The readjustment in deposit and balance was made because of the arrangement we made with the driver. You agreed to the initial $1325 and it never changed, and the driver expected a certain amount. I apologize if you think I do not deserve a better rating than what you gave, but I did my job thoroughly. The car was transported, picked up and delivered on time, was not damaged or lost, and I arranged everything in a very neat way. I thank you for your business I wish you all the best of luck.
