The quote was very competitive , especially for enclosed transport (which I preferred) . The initial response and responses to subsequent questions by the transport agent (Mario) were prompt and informative.

The agent and the carrier were able to accommodate constraints imposed by the pickup location and date (immediately following a holiday weekend) . The delivery was a quicker than expected though within the time window. Communication with the driver was good as he got within a day of delivery, and we managed to work out a plan for delivery that was convenient for me but satisfied constraints of the delivery vehicle.

The driver was knowledgable, friendly and very competent.

Overall, a very good experience. I would certainly use Autostar again.
