Carlos was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Once I gave him the address and dates he found a carrier within 30 minutes. Although the carrier was late arriving for pick up, the car was actually delivered earlier than expected. Had there not been heavy rains and flooding in the area I believe it would have been picked up on time. The carrier was US Empire LLC. This is the second time I have used AutoStar Transport and would call again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to transport a car.
