our car was transported quickly and in good condition. Because of prohibitions in our delivery city, the driver was willing and able to accommodate a mutually agreeable alternate drop- off location. The driver notified us in time to go get the vehicle and even waited as we were slow to pick up the vehicle. The original quoted price from the broker was lower than the final price, as she could not find a driver willing to take the vehicle at the lower price. With our permission, she was able to get a prompt pickup at a 10% higher fee but the same day that we wanted the pickup to occur so in the end it worked out.
