Yasmin was contacted late-day on a Friday. Quote was provided over the phone, immediately, followed by receipt of the emailed contract, which was signed and returned to her on Saturday. As it was a weekend, Yasmin was away until Monday. When she returned on Monday, we received a call confirming that she was looking for a carrier, and was confident that we'd be ready for move in a few days. On Tuesday, Yasmin notified us that a carrier had been located and would move the vehicle on Wednesday. As promised, the transport driver phoned us on Wednesday to say he was picking up the car, and would stay in contact with us as he got closer to the destination. He held steadfast to his word, and called us several times with updates. Arrival was two days earlier than expected! We opted for "open transport", so naturally, we expected the car to be dirty. This was not at all a concern for us.

In describing our experience with Yasmin and all involved, it was worry-free. No glitches, no hang-ups, and most importantly, no surprises in the form of hidden charges. Yasmin quoted us a price, and that is exactly what we paid. She was right-on-time, and made sure everything occurred as she said it would. Yasmin and Autostar are top-flight, and we couldn't be happier with our total experience. If we ever need transport services in future, we will certainly contact her and Autostar. They have proven themselves to be trustworthy.
