Because of the logistical challenges of my having to be at the pick-up and unloading sites 1400 miles apart, Lewis went the extra distance to find a carrier willing to book transport an almost unheard of 2 weeks in advance on a not-well-traveled route. That made it easy for me to plan the drive with my 2 dogs. He also relayed the carrier's concerns about clearance because of an aftermarket spoiler on the front of my already lowered car in ample time for me to remove it prior to shipment. All in all, the cost was fair and Lewis was on top of things and totally reliable, as was the carrier he found for me. Great stress reduction!
