Our apologies if the customer feels their experience with the carrier was less than acceptable. If the customer would like to write a separate review for the carriers service provided, please feel free to do so. In reviewing the order, customer had requested a pickup date of 12/06 or 12/07 as she was flying out of town. Customer placed her order on 12/04, we dispatched a carrier for pickup on her first requested date of 12/06. Carrier picked up the vehicle on 12/06. Vehicle was delivered on time. We made phone calls to customer to provide carrier information, pickup and delivery dates, and tracking along the way. We feel that the service provided by AutoStar Transport and Logistics was nothing less than 5 star.
