We appreciate all feedback with regards to our service and the service of the carriers we use. Customer placed his order to transport his vehicle from Florida to Hawaii with a 1st available pickup date of 12/16. On 12/10, we located and dispatched a carrier for pickup on the 1st available pickup date of 12/16. On the scheduled day of pickup the carrier called and canceled the transport at the last minute. We notified customer of the carriers last minute cancelation, and offered our sincere apologies for the carriers actions. Unfortunately, it took a while longer for carriers to recycle back into the Florida area, and we were able to locate another carrier on 12/23 for pickup on 12/24, dates that are well within the contracted terms which the customer agreed to by signing the contract. As far as the customers accusations of lying to him, NO ONE ever lied to the customer at any stage. We told the customer the truth all the way through the process, and apologized for the delays along the way. Our phone records indicate that we have spoken with the customer 13 times, and left 4 voice mails, not to mention several emails. I guess communicating with the customer 17 times via phone and several emails is just not enough for some people. People with expectations so high, they will never be met by anyone! We wish the customer well with the rest of his journey to Hawaii, and will be here to answer any questions or concerns he has until the vehicle has reached its final destination.
