I recently got a job to move across the country and didn't want to put the miles on my vehicle and drive there personally. I had no idea what I was getting into when it came to auto transport, but luckily the first (of many) brokers to blow up my phone was Frank from AutoStar Transport and Logistics. Frank was very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't try to "sell" me like most brokers do. Instead, he answered any and all of my questions (and trust me, there were a lot) regarding how things worked, how soon I could get my car delivered to the final destination, and the process I was about to go through regarding other auto transport companies. He didn't bug me 24/7 like the other brokers, and his genuineness ultimately had me calling HIM back instead of the annoyingly other way around. Because Frank shot it to me straight, as well as the price being fairly reasonable for a Florida to California transport, I was more than happy to give AutoStar my business. The pickup and drop-off dates were much quicker than I expected, but in a good way (set up the contract Thursday, car was picked up Friday, and delivered to California by Monday)! I would certainly use them again, and most likely request Frank to set it all up the next time around!!
