Thank you for the feedback concerning the transport of this vehicle, and firstly we do apologize for the dirty condition in which the car arrived. There are some routes that are less traveled by carriers, and thus do take a few extra days to locate a carrier in the area for pickup. On the 5th day of the contracted dates, customer called us expressing her desire to have this picked up quickly and offered us and extra $50 towards the carrier. With the extra money towards the carrier pay, we were able to locate a carrier rather quickly and vehicle was delivered two days later. We are pleased that the customer's vehicle arrived safely, with no further issues.
