Thank you for taking the time to write a review. However, we respectfully disagree with your assessment of this transport. Simply because you are not aware of all that goes on behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transport experience does not mean that hours have not been spent on your behalf securing and screening a suitable carrier for your transport. You placed your order on Thursday the 25th, with a first available release date of the 29th, and indicated you only had a 3 day window before the auction began charging you storage fees. When placing the order, you gave the incorrect buyer number for the auction, at which point George contacted you repeatedly to get the correct information. Upon finally receiving the correct information for the auction to release the vehicle, we screened and secured a carrier within 6 hours that would pickup the vehicle on the 29th, the first day of your 3 day window. We then notified you by phone and email of the carrier's information and the pickup and delivery dates. Again on the 29th, we contacted you by phone and email to confirm the dates of the transport. The carrier picked up the vehicle and delivered the very next day (yesterday). I am not sure how we could have made this a smoother transport for you, but thank you for the feedback.
