Good experience, a little confusing

Bottom line: My experience with AutoStar Transport and Logisitics was good, they shipped my car safely and quickly from WI to CA. The process was a little confusing. I would recommend them to a friend who was shipping a car.

Pros: My car was shipped from WI to CA quickly and with no damage. There were no hidden fees. My driver, Jason, was excellent and friendly on the phone and in person.

Cons: I found the process of shipping my car to be a little confusing. After I contacted AutoStar I was told to wait until they contacted a driver, but I wasn't told a date or a time for pickup/dropff until after they found a driver, so I was left waiting to hear back, which made me a little nervous. I also spoke with a different representative each time I called autostar, which was also a little confusing.
