Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate all the responses from our customers as it helps us continually refine our processes. Thirteen months ago we first spoke and began working on securing you a carrier to deliver in Del Rio, TX, a very difficult location. After securing a carrier, we came to find out that you had brought your vehicle into the shop and made the vehicle unavailable to be picked up, thus canceling the order after a carrier had been assigned. Over a year later, you needed the vehicle picked up again, but we could not transfer the deposit as the original carrier had to be paid for the spot we reserved for him on your behalf. As this was not something I was able to do, I gave you a $50.00 dollar discount on a new deposit with us, which you agreed upon, so we began searching for a new carrier. Within two days of our new order, I found you a VIP two car enclosed carrier, which would normally charge $1400.00 alone. Again, we appreciate your response and hope that you see that we did everything we could to make this a 5 Star Transport.
