We appreciate all feedback concerning our service and the service of the carriers we hire. We have addressed the issues the customer had with the driver, directly to the carrier company, and offer our apologies that his experience with the driver was not satisfactory. We do not agree with the customer's assertion that we vanished after placing the order. We were in constant communication with the customer when he asked for special delivery times, putting personal items in the car....we notified customer upon dispatching the vehicle, and even sent customer a copy of the carrier's insurance information. Here at AutoStar Transport and Logistics, we pride our self on our excellent Customer Service before, during, and after the order has been placed, and feel this was no exception. We wish the customer well.
