This was the first time buying a vehicle sight unseen, as I initially was in contact with Auto Star based upon there 5 star review. Finding the right person to handle this was the most important aspect of the transaction. Alejandro Alfonso returned my phone calls promptly, with honesty and 100% commitment. Getting a vehicle to rural Cortez, Colorado wasn't going to be an easy task. So I thought. Living in a smaller town, I came to the conclusion that I had to travel to meet the driver. The service, strong communication, and networking from Alejandro was top notch, and I received the vehicle 2 days before anticipated.
