My agent was very informative and professional. He had the car picked up the day I made the order and the driver called me the day the car arrived. The driver was very polite and was careful when he was unloaded my carfrom the truck.
It would be a good idea to give recipient of a car prior notice (one day-12 hrs) before they deliver the car to ensure that the person will be available for pick-up. I was planning to leave town the day the car was delivered.
