Company was friendly, courteous and helpful. This was my first time shipping a car so I was a little leery, but the Customer Service Rep was very helpful. The Company was also diligent in contacting my receiving representing advising of the approximate time of delivery which was very satisfying. The only issue I had was that initially the actual transport company only gave me about 5 hours notification of pick up, but that was corrected so that I had about 18 hours before pick up

Sorry about the short notice about the pick up time frame. Some drivers will take assignment of a transport because they are in the area and need to pick up and leave town.
