The whole team at AutoStar Transport and Logistics works very hard to provide the best service in the industry, and we do our best to get vehicles transported in a timely manner. Occasionally there are delays caused by things out of our control, and all efforts are made to keep you informed of the situation.
The carrier we used for your transport was a Licensed and Bonded with a 100 percent rating. Pulling a trailer instead of driving an 8 car hauler in no way affects the carriers legitimacy or the level of service you should have received.
