I used them twice and they were superb both times- always accessible, quick to return calls and emails, very informative as to pickup and delivery dates and times. The car was picked up and delivered as promised without any damage or other problems. I would definitely use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish evey business was as customer friendly as this one. There is nothing like reaching a live human being, and my contact, Rodrigo, was knowledgable, courteous and very helpful.
