While I am not one to typically provide this level of feedback, I was compelled to give kudos to all involved in the transport of my boat. A near-1100 mile shipment, met with all of nature's winter conditions, this order was handled by a group that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who, like me, either does not ship often or if/when they do, wants to ensure their shipment is delivered with all the care you would expect. This group did just that! First, major thanks to Mark Lajti who is tireless in his pursuit of securing the most economical deal possible. I had numerous phone calls where I posed a variety of questions and never once did he lose his patience or his integrity. Mark is a consumate professional and a true asset to his company (and their customers!). My shipment was delivered by Top Transport Inc., owned by Paul Kushnir. An experienced, family-owned operation, they came highly recommended and provided the service and care I needed. A HUGE thanks to Viktor A. et al, the drivers, for taking good care of my boat despite the treacherous, snowy conditions. You did a great job!! I could not have asked for kinder, more considerate people than those I had the pleasure meeting. [I hope your ensuing travels were uneventful.] Overall, Top Transport Inc. delivered on their goal of ensuring complete customer satisfaction and safe delivery of the shipment. Not an easy task to accomplish, but one they demonstrated a commitment to! A most appreciated collaboration by all involved. For those 'shopping around', my recommendation is to work through AutoStar Transport & Logistics and Top Transport Inc. as you will not be disappointed.
