Looking back at the notes on your transport I see that on January 7 you requested we try to find you a carrier to transport your vehicle for less than we had quoted. We contacted a number of carriers and finally found one within 2 days that we negotiated with to meet your budget, but by the time we heard back from you the space had been given to another customer. We see that it was picked up on the 13th and delivered on the 15th, a transport of only 2 days from Florida to Michigan! I truly wish I could have merited 5 stars and would gladly have met you in Michigan to wash your vehicle if that would have been the clincher.
