I searched for a company that was not only good in price but was also excellent in customer service. Although Autostar was not the 'cheapest' for my transport, they were willing to negotiate in price and came through on customer service! Fran was very helpful and she even helped me with my change in destination address at the last minute at no extra cost or concern. They even recommended this 'Transport Review' site to me in the first place so I can see ALL the reviews before I made a decision on what company I chose - that was a sure selling point for me! I felt as if I could trust them with my car and ultimatly...tht's what's the most important. Thanks for all of your help Fran - I will recommend Autostar to anyone looking for reliable car transport.
