I had a very positive experience with AutoStar when transporting my Volvo from Minneapolis to Seattle. Both Brian and Yasmin were extremely helpful in finding the cheapest and quickest carriers and relaying this information to me as quickly as possible. My car arrived one day sooner than expected in great condition aside from a distinct layer of grime, but what else would one expect when it crosses half of the country on the back of a truck. The driver was very friendly and kept in constant contact with me and was even able to work around my work schedule with the delivery time. I was very pleased overall with how smooth the entire process was, and I would definitely use AutoStar again! Just be warned that there is a ~3 percent charge for paying entirely with credit card, so my $975 quote actually turned out to be just over $1000. I think it was worth it, however, if only to avoid dealing with the hassle of cash or cashier's check!

From Brian Douglas; brian.douglas@autostartransport.com, 888-802-8250 x2245 Shelby, the primary reason our quotes are generally cheapest is because we do not use computers to automatically generate transport quotes. We review a national network that brokers and carriers use to move vehicles and our quote is based on similar vehicles on your exact route currently bidding on space and also what has recently, successfully transported. If the price is right, a vehicle moves. But if it is too low it just sits for days and days or does not move at all and most transport brokers are perfectly fine with that because they already have your deposit!
