My vehicle was being shipped from Hawaii to Arkansas. I dropped off my vehicle in Hawaii at Matson on December 26th for ocean transport. They were supposed to ship my car on January 4th, but somehow overlooked it or something and it did not leave port in Hawaii until January 18th! Talk about an inconvenience. But once my vehicle arrived in Long Beach, CA, the carrier picked it up in a timely manner and communicated with me all along the way until it arrived in Arkansas! Overall, I would recommend this company. Their customer service when booking was excellent and it would have been a smooth transport had it not been for Matson's mistake. I can't hold Matson's mistake against AutoStar Transport. A friend of mine who shipped her car with Matson didn't have the problem that I had so I guess I just had a little bad luck. And what can you really do about that?? :) Other than that, I was completely satisfied with AutoStar Transport and would definitely recommend.
