They were very prompt in delivery as promised. My price was 750 as quoted but since I booked it online, they did give me a $25 discount on the total which meant I only paid 725. This price is very reasonable from CA to FL.

Pickup: On the pick up date however, an autostar transport representative did inform me that the driver will pick up on that day and should be contacting me a few hours. I did wait around 7 hours without any contact from the driver. I did call Autostar back to get my driver's number. I waited an additional 2 hours after until I contacted the driver. He then informed me that He will be there around 9pm at night. I did felt like this wasted my time because I waited around a full day not knowing when my car will be picked up, and putting off running errands for the entire day.

Delivery: I met the drive at a dirt lot to pick up my car because there were no available space in downtown Tampa, where I worked. My car was not damaged, but they did loosen my engine cable that connected to my battery box. They also bent my car key (thankfully I brought my spare). I had two pillows in the back seat that they got dirtied with black soot. I have no idea where the black marks came from.

If it wasn't for the price and the representatives from Autostar, I would have chosen another company. Although my driver was prompt in delivery, everything else he did I did not agree with. However, I would not blame Autostar Transport for my unfortunate happenings.

With everything said, I would use this company again because their pricing was very reasonable and they did deliver within the time frame as promised.

We do the best we can to help keep the customers in touch with the drivers for pickup and delivery and sometimes there can be some complications with communication, especially when drivers go for a few hours at a time without cell phone service.
