We appreciate the feedback all of our customers give us, so we do thank Vanessa for the time she took to write the above narrative. Before addressing the good service we did indeed provide her, we at AutoStar feel obliged to champion the reputation of Transport Reviews as all of us in the industry appreciate the work this site puts into ensuring the credibility of its content- every single one of our reviews comes from customers just like Vanessa and we even hold an appreciation raffle every month for everyone who takes time to share. As far as her particular order, it is very simple- Vanessa requested a very low price for a difficult route, we told her we would find the best deal possible, we presented her with several confirmed carrier options- and she rejected them. She asked for a refund and because we acknowledge that no reputable carrier will move her vehicle for the amount she is willing to spend, we provided her with the refund. We wish her luck!
