I was very pleased with the assistance I received from my first inquiry with Brian Douglas to the final delivery of my vehicle. Having never transported a vehicle before, he was very understanding, knowledgeable and patient with me and my many questions and concerns. It wasn't 12 hours after my first inquiry that Brian had a transport company lined up. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready on my end but when the time came, he was right on it.

The cost of the transport was $975, slightly lower than what I was expecting. The transport company used was Expert Express and the driver Paul was very helpful and thorough in his examination of the car prior to transport. My daughter conveyed the same feeling upon the delivery of her car in California.

I was told that there was door-to-door service which in fact did not happen. It was not a problem on my end to meet Paul at a large department store with easy access, but it was more difficult for my daughter on the receiving end as she didn't have access to transportation to meet him. It all worked out fine in the end, and after seeing the size of the transport trailer (it held 8 vehicles), it's understandable that door-to-door is not always an option.

I would definitely use Autostar again and certainly would recommend it.

An informed customer is empowered to make wise decisions! It is always our objective to provide a door to door service when practical. Low lying trees, neighborhood restrictions and narrow streets might impact the ability to a truck to navigate and collect your vehicle. We do greatly appreciate your understanding.
