Carrier arrived on Monday in October and was on time. I was having difficulties with my car and carrier was very accomodating and allowed me some time to get it working. The car arrived a little dusty, had some bug spots on the windshield but overall it came off the way it went on. My car was on the top and in the first car behind the truck cab.

Brian at Auto Transport did an excellent job of explaining how the auto shipping process worked and I felt very comfortable with him. My first quote from a competitor came in at $950. I also received a quote for $625 from a different competitor. Once Brian explained that what takes place is an auction type of process I understood why the wide range of quotes. Brian originally placed a request for $675 for the transport and told me that we would probably land somewhere between $750-$800 based on the historical data for my route. So I was pleased with the price I paid.

My son actually received the vehicle. The carrier had told me it would arrive on Thursday. I expected to get a call 3-24 hours before delivery but my son was called 1 hour before delivery and it was a day early. Luckily he had the cash and was able to arrange transportation to meet the carrier or else I may have had a different story to tell.

Ron, Thank you for your review! There are aspects of the transportation industry that are certainly unique. We were glad you took the time to understand how things work as an informed consumer is empowered to make good decisions.
